The first level is the physical amenities. The North Tower includes its own amenities floor for residents: private gym, swimming pool, squash court, yoga studio, movie room, residence lounge and storage suites. The South Tower offers select amenities like a climate controlled wine chamber, a gaming area and a residence lounge. The two towers here also enjoy access to shared manicured grounds with maintained lawns, ribbon water features and tree-lined walks across the 6.5-acre complex.
